政府采购项目，150万，上任经理直接和政府签了合同，公司不知情列收形成欠费，等我要钱的时候发现压根没走财政审批流程，以我了解现在只能重新审批挂标签新合同。请问有其他补救措施吗，比如补审批流程，合同还是之前的啥的，怎么把已经执行的服务期欠费补回来啊
